Here is a copy of the letter being distributed to the SJS Relay for Life Members:

Dear SJS Relay for Life Members,

                The St. Joseph Relay for Life Team would like to put together an E-Cookbook, “Cooking with Love”; a collection of recipes from the people in our lives we love and honor that have survived cancer or have lost their battle OR if you would like to show your support for the fight. Once the cookbook is completed, it can be distributed via email as a PDF, or as a hard copy (which will add $2. for shipping per book).

If anyone would like to contribute to this fundraiser, please fill out the following questionnaire:

We made $193. on the Dress Down Day in March (03/09/12) Yipee!!!!!

The Relay for Life bracelets were a success at the Secret Santa Shopping. We made $253.00!!!!!!!!

The bracelet night went well and there will be more nights so please check your child's back pack for the next opportunity to raise money for this worthy cause.

The students pass around the jar at many events so be sure to add a dollar or change to the bucket to help them realize their goal.

The American Cancer Society 2012 Relay for Life of NECT Event Calendar

Saturday and Sunday May 19 and 20

Team meetings at 6:00 PM in the cafeteria. Located in the Holt Science Building at Woodstock Academy 57 Academy Road (just off Rt. 169, across from Roseland Cottage). These meetings are to be attended by Team Captains (mandatory), team members (optional), Planning Committee members (mandatory), and anyone wishing to learn more of the event. Forms and money collected by your team may be handed in at any Team Meeting. Funds collection will begin at 5:30 PM.

Planning Committee Meetings at 6:30 PM - these are mandatory for Planning Committee Chairs and Co-Chairs, subcommittee members (optional) and are held in the lower level of the Woodstock town hall (entrance in the back), Rt. 169 or another location if designated.

Section Leader Meetings at 7 PM - at the event chair's home or other designated location.
